Transportation
The goods will be 'delivered in its packaging (not waterproof). The packaging will be reported to our store during the event or remains in the truck. This service was added to the price of transport. Transport is carried out primarily to costs and risks of the customer so the customer can not for any delays due to force majeure, blocks traffic, climatic events or natural disasters for no reason ask the VanCris snc damages.


Basic service
Delivery to the location / fair, unpacking before the event / exhibition and packing after event / exhibition are included.

Insurance excluded
Insurance to located things is excluded. The customer is liable to the Van Cris Snc for all damages, especially but not exclusively, those due to inappropriate use, misuse, fault of the customer, not fitting in a workmanlike manner, failure to comply with instructions for fitting and installation or changes to the supplied goods. The client is obliged to repay the damage to property or persons, caused by the use of rented property and exemption on the Lessor from all liability. In case of damage to repair, the customer must compensate the lessor the costs of repair. In case of loss or damage is not repairable the customer must pay the Lessor the value of insurance "Value of Insurance" which is indicated in the order.

Payment Terms
100% check on delivery or bank transfer within 2 days in advance before delivery. We may not deliver the rented property without any further reminders or to withdraw the same before the agreed term of delivery if the tenant is not in compliance or not in a timely manner to its obligation to prepay. The tenant can not claim compensation in respect of damages.

Terms
The customer can terminate the lease after making reservations and before the rental period. In this case the customer is obligated to pay 50% of the rent, net, as well as tax law, if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival. If the customer notifies the cancellation less than 14 days before arrival will have 100% of net rent, as well as tax law. The same conditions also apply to additional services, transport, to labor, contained in the written offer. The client, and under the effects of art. 1341 and 1342 CC claims to have read, understood and explicitly approve the terms of this order and the 1 to 21 of the General Conditions given on ns. websites and www.vancris.it www.vancrisdesign.com.

To all the contractual relationship between landlord and tenant apply only to the provisions of Italian law.
